At Vibe Salon it is our purpose to ensure your experience exceeds all expectations. Below lists our policies, which enable our team to provide all of our guests with the best service possible, while maintaining a high level of professionalism for our Staff and Team.
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you to relax and enjoy a beverage. In the case you are running behind, we ask that you please contact Vibe Salon as soon as possible. If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule, or adjust the services you are scheduled for.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask you do so 24 hours in advance. If it is less than the 24-hour time frame, you will be subject to charge 50% of your service total for that appointment. This charge will be applied to your next visit.
Vibe Salon accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash for purchase of services and retail.
Gratuities are not included in the total cost of your services, but may be added to your credit card or given in cash.
We happily accept young clients, however Vibe Salon encourages you to bring children only at a time where they are scheduled for hair services. In the event that your child accompanies you to your appointment, we ask that they remain supervised for the entire duration of your time with us.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION
All services are not refundable. In the case we have not met your expectations with your hair, we would like to invite you back within 10 days of your service for a complimentary adjustment. Beyond that adjustment, full color and service charges will apply.
