Thank You for choosing Vibe Salon!

At Vibe Salon it is our purpose to ensure your experience exceeds all expectations. Below lists our policies, which enable our team to provide all of our guests with the best service possible, while maintaining a high level of professionalism for our Staff and Team.

ARRIVAL


We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you to relax and enjoy a beverage. In the case you are running behind, we ask that you please contact your stylist as soon as possible. If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule, or adjust the services you are scheduled for according to each individual stylist's policy.


CANCELLATIONS


If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to contact your stylist. Being a booth rental salon, each stylist has their own individual cancellation policy.


PAYMENTS


Vibe Salon accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for retail purchases. For hair services each stylist will have their own method of payment. 
 


CHILDREN


We happily accept young clients; however Vibe Salon encourages you to bring children only at a time where they are scheduled for hair services. In the event that your child accompanies you to your appointment, we ask that they remain supervised for the entire duration of your time with us.
 


PRODUCT RETURN POLICY


In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase we will gladly refund or exchange it with the understanding of only being used at a max of 10%.
